Here at Just a Studio Limited we take privacy very seriously. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our policy and procedure about the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your personal information or personal data when you use our website and services.

What type of data we collect? 

When visitors visits our website, we primarily collect data from cookies, and the Names and Emails of users who sign up to our newsletters and make orders.

In addition to analytics cookies, tracking cookies that we do not store or process any personal data are for the following:

  • In relation to our basket mechanism on the bottom right of users’ page that tracks throughout the website accurately any items that are added in the basket. This may be also disabled through Browser Settings, however this may affect how the website functions in relation to orders and checking out. 
  •  We also trackers to enable our PayPal features to allow logging in and checking out orders using PayPal details of which we do not collect, use, disclose or share.  This may be also disabled through Browser Settings, however this may affect how the website functions in relation to orders and checking out through PayPal. 
  • Lastly, articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content such as the Vimeo content we produce. You may also disable this through your Browser Settings, however this may affect how the website functions for video content. 
We store cookies for a period of one year. 
Names and Emails:
We collect names and emails from users who consent to become part of newsletter, Privacy Policy, and for the legitimate interests of users who make orders, enquiries and purchases through our website, such as data required to fulfil orders. 
Such data that we collect with your consent include:

  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Interests

Where applicable with Know Your Customer and Anti-money Laundering Regulations, we may request further verification details for larger business transactions through qualified  financial service providers.

As mentioned we will use and process your data for legitimates interests towards servicing you, such as to operate and improve our products and services, to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and notices relating to the services, and to carry out obligations arising from any agreements between you and us, including any applicable Terms & Conditions. 

Through the personal data we collect we may also provide you with updates, offers, and promotions, where you have chosen to receive these by subscribing for our newsletter or signing up to receive updates on artists, productions, exhibitions, events or products we produce, offer or create. You may unsubscribe by such newsletters by emailing us or using the unsubscribe facility under the emails sent to you.

If you make a purchase through our website, you may be able to pay using a third-party payment service, such as Stripe and PayPal. All information collected by these third-party payment services for purposes of processing your payments is not available to us, unless you have otherwise provided this information to us in connection with your use of the website. Information collected from you by these third-party payment services is governed by the applicable third-party payment service’s privacy policy. You should review the applicable privacy policy prior to submitting any information to the applicable third-party payment service.
